The SPCC has been developed to provide a local regenerative power solution for low power applications where there is a need for carbon reduction, or where the required power infrastructure isn’t within economic distance to connect to local power installations.
Bringing power to track-side assets can be prohibitively expensive - excavations, troughing, cable runs and installation costs all mount up. SPCC is the innovative solution for a variety of low power assets, such as User Worked Level Crossings and Lighting.
An essential asset supplying power to points heaters
An Intelligent asset designed to ensure that optimum levels of performance, control and power are delivered to points heating systems, PHCCs are designed to automatically work using sensors to act based on weather conditions, but can also be manually operated.
PHCCs are available in both single phase and three phase configurations and can supply a maximum of 12 strip heaters, each of which can be monitored by a data logger (optional).

Our PSPs, available as containerised systems or brick-built structures, deliver power via Network Rail PADS Approved 400V / 650V switchboard panels. They source primary power from DNO or Traction Power, with dual backup from UPS and Generator.
